The PSS is a floor based Assisted Stretch Certification program created by Celebrity Fitness Coach Sarah Mariano , @TheStretchTherapist that caters to each bodies needs. If you took Thai massage, FST, yoga and put them all together, you have the Performance Stretch System.

Fascial Stretch Therapist,

Level 3 SPECIALIST

FST is practice that is similar to assisted stretching. It originally started as a modality to help athletes improve their range of motion, oxygen uptake and circulation before a performance to help them optimize on their sport and to help them recover quickly from an injury or tightness after a game. The key point is that FST has immediate benefits for improving performance as it is extremely effective in enhancing movement capabilities and recovering injured tissues in the human body.

To put it simply, it's like doing Yoga- only I am doing it for you and all you have to do is lay there and breathe. It is discovered that is has TREMENDOUS emotional benefits as Fascia has been scientifically proven to hold a lot of emotional memory.

Thai Massage

Practitioner

Thai yoga massage is a mind-body-spirit practice that has the same roots as the ancient understanding of Ayurveda. Buddhism and it’s teachings traveled down through Southeast Asia and into Thailand where we can begin to see the evolution of the Thai massage practice as one part of a larger Traditional Thai Medical system.

Thai massage incorporates many different soft tissue manipulation techniques (massage, fascial release, chopping, and many more) with assisted stretches and meditation in order to achieve a deep state of relaxation. There are indeed many styles and methods of practice, though most commonly we see treatments that are generally performed on the floor on padded mats, with patients fully clothed and without the use of oils.

Reflexology:

Certified Reflexologist

Reflexology is an ancient healing therapy that helps modern day medical conditions by correcting the negative factors involved in the disease process, and in particular, stress.

It involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet or hands. It's based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems.

Reflexologists apply pressure to these parts to provide a range of health benefits.

Treat the cause of dysfunction, not the symptoms. NeuroKinetic Therapy® corrective movement system addresses the cause of pain – by using a sophisticated assessment and treatment modality that addresses the causes of dysfunctional movement/coordination problems at their root in the motor control centre in the brain.
