FIIT+ Positivity Challenge


At the beginning of 2013 my transformation came to a head. I reached a climax.

Most noticed the physical aspect but it started with a mental decision that made me improve my attitude and my negative outlook.

I was a former athlete and I worked out sporadically, but I still managed to put on a lot of weight due to horrible eating while sitting at a desk all day and no real motivation.

I had to hit rock bottom emotionally before I took control of my life. I knew the only person that could motivate me was me.

And I learned a lot, mostly because for the first time in years, I was open to it! 

I realize that not everyone is self-motivated, but with a little push you will get on the right track!
