Devon pursued and earned her Personal Trainer Specialist Certification in 2002 to remain involved in athletics. Devon see’s Fitness as a form of therapy. She uses her fitness knowledge along with her Sociology degree to not only help individuals get fit, but to communicate with them the "why" of what they are doing.

The process of getting in shape is a combination of Mind, Body and Soul. You have to believe in what you’re doing and get past your mental barriers to achieve success.

The ENCOURAGER: Devon practices FIT+ Positive training. By encouraging you with positivity, she will encourage you to trust and believe inyour own abilities, which will keep you motivated and help you achieve your goals.

Devon will work with you to identify and address mental barriers, by setting realistic goals in order to exceed your expectations and reminding you to celebrate every success as you increase your strength, stabilize your joints and become an endurance Master! Because ultimately we are all the designers of our own destiny!

Be prepared to try everything. Devon borrows from all disciplines of exercise to make sure you get the best that each training system has to offer.

She rarely repeats workouts so every session get ready for a new challenge. Are you up for the challenge?

I have been known to do things a little differently. People tell me I'm a unique individual. Aptitude tests tell me I'm a Trendsetter. I have learned to accept these all as compliments.
