How the Challenge works:

  1. Post Picture or video (less then 59 secs) on Instagram

  2. Focus on the positive lesson.

  3. Follow and tag @devonmdjones on your daily posts. 

  4. Subject:  #Day1of40 Days to Mental Fitness [Insert Title]

  5. Hashtags (Use at least 2) #DMDJ40DayChallenge #DMDJ40DaysOfPositivity #DMDJPositivityChallenge #DMDJLessonsLearned 

  6. Start challenge anytime before April 22nd to finish by May 31st

 

Prizes Options: Choose 1

2 - 50 minute - Fascial Stretch Therapy Sessions 

2 - 90 minute - Thai Massage Sessions 

3 - Virtual Personal Training Sessions With program. 

All sessions include assessments and are valued at $300.
