HOW TO PREPARE:
- We will be using Google Meet for all the classes, so please make sure you have the most up-to-date version the day before class. 
- If you are sharing an environment or playing music, please make sure to mute yourself so everyone can hear clearly. 
- Please be dressed and ready to go right at the start time, I will try to arrive early in case there are any questions. 
- MUSIC: In order for you to hear me properly I won't have any music playing on my end, but feel free to cue up relaxing music on your end. (In-person classes I play slow jams) to keep you relaxed. 
TOOLS NEEDED:
- Yoga Mat 
- Towel 
- Pillow or bolster 
- Comfortable moveable clothing (I encourage barefeet or grip socks) 
EXTRA TOOLS:(click for recommended purchase options)
- Foam Roller (36 inches) 
- Light weights or household items.
